Another month and another business trip. This time to Stockholm for a conference called “talkingtreasury” organised by Association of Corporate Treasurers. Very interesting but this blog is not about the treasury so let’s come back to photography.
Fortunately I have found time to do some sightseeing and I was so lucky and the weather has been great. So, here it goes, “Autumn in Stockholm”
Yesterday I took a part in Worldwide Photo Walk (7500 participants from 45 countries and 236 cities, more…) in Warsaw. We were walking through the old Praga district. A couple of months ago I’ve mentioned about Jewish cemetery in Otwock. Yesterday I’ve visited for the first time the one of biggest Jewish cemetery at Powązki in Warsaw. Thousands of thousands tombs in wild forest telling us stories about past:

I’ve just spent couple of days on holidays in the countryside. Here are some pictures (more will be added later) taken:
Yesterday I have a day off (well, almost off ), so I decided to go to Old Town, here in Warsaw. Weather’s been bad, not so many tourists sightseeing — so I have a chance to take pictures without any disturbances.
First, I’ve met bears (but not white ones 
). Next to King’s Palace there is a bears’ exhibitions. Bears’ statues are painted by artist from whole of the world:
After that I choose to take some smaller, side-by street, where I cannot expect hundreds of tourists. Instead of you can spot gates:

or even some interesting windows (of course if you’re interested in it):

I’ve just uploaded pictures found in my “drawer” taken last year. First album “Thunderstorm” was taken in August 2007 during extraordinary thunderstorm — thunderstorm without rain, with almost no clouds, just “Light & Sound Show” …
Second one “ING Renault F1” was taken during ING Renault Formula1 Road Show, were Kovalainen and other were showing their machines and driving skills.

Last Sunday I’ve visited abandoned Jewish cemetary in Otwock, approx 20 km from Warsaw. Cemetery was settled in XIX century and was abandoned after WWII. Calm, sad place.
